The Brotherhood of Evil are a group of international supervillains bent on destroying both the Doom Patrol and the Teen Titans. They are long-time enemies of Beast Boy.
History
Before Beast Boy joined the Titans, he was a member of the Doom Patrol, the heroic enemies of the Brotherhood of Evil. The Doom Patrol constantly foils the Brotherhood's schemes, but the Brotherhood always escapes, vowing revenge. Not much is known about the rivalry of the two groups after Beast Boy quit his team and joined the Titans.
In Idol Hands, The Brotherhood of Evil appear at the "Jump City's Got Talent" show, competing against the Teen Titans. For their performances, The Brain planned to sing an A cappella medley of Lady Gaga songs, while the rest of his team performed interpretive dance. The Titans realize that if the Brotherhood performed, they would certainly win the show, so the Titans attempt to stop the villains before their performance begins. The villains give up on their performance and try to kill the Titans. After a fight described as a "Titanic, Earth-shattering battle", the Titans defeat the villains, only to have their fighting styles ridiculed by the judges.
