Dr. Otto von Death is a minor villain who only appears in the episode "Classic Titans", serving as its villain.
Bio[]
Otto von Death is a minor villain who creates a dinosaur army to wipe out the human race. He grew up as a strange boy, not like the rest. He has a wife who is always on his case, his daughter moved away with her boyfriend, she said she couldn't live another day in his house and his son just sits on his computer inside his room.
He later traps the Titans who try to sneak into his lair, and when his pathetic backstory sparks little sympathy from them, he tries to feed them to a pool of sharks, until Starfire uses her starbolts to free the team. Although he is almost able to launch his rocket when the Titans are wrestling with his T-Rex, Raven soon summons Growler and Baby Jack do assault him, subsequently taking him and his T-Rex out, foiling his domination.
